Glass Optimization software

We use a licences software by Lisec to optimize out glass sheets for cutting. Are are needing to create a software to optimize our stock sheets to work out the best sheets required for cutting certain sizes that will heild the best (lowest) waste. We require this for out branches as currently we having to do this at HQ. There is a free software out there called Maxcut that a competitor has created and would like to know if you are able to mimic this software and make it "duplicate" called McOpti. We would like to use this in house and have the ability to add and change stock sheets sizes per product if needed. Lastly we would like for the software to work on the "license" key code that is valid for a year and if at all possible have the ability to see what products are being optimized by which product key.
