Hello all hope you all are doing well. So recently, a freelancer created a website for me but due to some argue with him he completed my website but did not uploaded it on my hosting. He created it in Laravel and sent me a zip file of complete website and a sql file.
So now your work is to make it work live on my hosting. I already lost my money with that freelancer so my budget is too low.
Remember one thing I only pay once it is completely working on my hosting.
