Gender identification for a mysql (or excel) table

I have a mysql table which I can convert it to a csv or excel format. It has a name field for which I want to find a gender. There is a Stanford NLP Tool called Stanford NER which can detect the gender of a given name using machine learning techniques. what you all need to do is to write a php/java/js/rubi/etc. client to get gender for my table fields. so the input to this project will be a table (in MySQL or csv or excel format) and you will add a new field called gender which shows M(male) / F/(female). The input file has 635000 unique names. Some of them are similar (alex, ale'x) but this is the number of my records.
