Full-Time Senior Web Programmer Required ASAP -- NEW POSITION OPENING

This means 8-10 hours Per day. We are offering between $150USD to $300USD per month, Depending on Skills, Expertise and Years of Experience. You will be required to proactively Figure out the Best solutions to all our programming/technical/non-technical challenges we give you on an ongoing basis and impress us daily. We will give you a wide variety of Technical and non-technical tasks/projects to do and you must be willing and eager to complete whatever job we give you. To give you an idea of the daily tasks we give you, please note that tasks could be complex and Very challenging in nature, or may even be non-technical in nature. We would give you daily tasks like; • Complex PHP related development work; • Developing mobile landing pages; • Wordpress sites setup; • Installing and configuring specific plugins; • Content placement; • Setting up and Posting Data from forms on our site to email systems and other databases/CRM; • Ecommerce Funnel creation with visual editors based tools; • Shopify setup; • Photoshop editing when required; • Email Autoresponder setup and configuration and posting data from our forms; • Video editing • And many more adhoc tasks… too many to mention. This is a Self Driven, Autonomous Role. Not a hand holding role. Essentially, whatever you need to do, you need to take initiative and be resourceful to do. Payment Your Salary will be between $150USD-$300USD per month (Negotiable depending on experience and expertise in all the above), for 40-50hrs of work per week. We would like to have the successful candidate as part of our team for 3+ years. Our previous contractor stayed with us for 5 years, he lived in India and he loved working with us. Each week we need you to submit a timesheet that we will provide you for accounting purposes. Applicant needs to demonstrate a very high level of initiative and always be proactive. Applicant needs to think outside the box and actively figure out solutions and deliver them efficiently and effectively. Payment will be made at the end of each month to your nominated paypal account. The applicant we hire will need to meet the following criteria: • Available on skype (when needed) and Must work exclusively for us; • Very Dependable, Reliable; • Honest and Very Trustworthy; • Own a powerful computer (ideally with 2 monitors for dual display); • Have a fast and reliable Internet connection. • Must record a daily video up to 10mins before you finish each day, that will show me what they worked on for the day and the results you achieved. How we will communicate: We will communicate with you (if we need to), via Recorded screen capture videos to show you what we need done. These videos will be uploaded to your dropbox and then we will email you asking you to watch the video and complete our requirements.
