Full stack Laravel 5.3 (+VueJS2) developer to create a web app

We are looking for someone to develop a Project Management / Project Collaboration during a period of 3 months. You need to be an expert in Laravel 5.3 with Vue.js 2 as well as handle the HTML and SASS / CSS. The product should be delivered by 3 months in a production valid quality containing about same functions as the Project Management app Active Collab (not ours, but the function base should be the same in our product) with the addition functions of image / graphic reviewing functions. The whole project should be delivered fully commented, with PHPunit (or codeception) tests 100% coverage or as close as possible. You have to utilise the functions of Laravel as echo, passport, billing etc. Deliverable is frontend (landing page, pricing page, login and register including social media), dashboard with multiple accounts, and backend admin panel functions as described above (equal to functions that activecollab delivers, with same principal) with all connected functions working. You need to be very capable of the following - PHP7 - Laravel 5.3 - Vue.js 2 - HTML/CSS/SCSS - GIT We need actively commitment and proper deliveries for review and code quality check. All code should be unique (no code from other projects) and all HTML can not use any templates or source copy from projects or templates online (cause of license restrictions). Please do not apply if you need help setting up laravel and do not know how to use GIT. We only need self driven people who can take load off our regular work. By proper delivery the job can be expanded.
