We want to provide one interface for businesses to manage their compliance requirements so deadlines are never missed and all legal documents for a business are readily available. Key features of the application will be: 1. Document upload with Optical Character Recognition to keep repository of all their business documents in one location 2. List of compliances required will be defined based on the business information of the user 2. Compliance calendar to track what's upcoming, what's done and what's overdue 3. Adding documents for each compliance to mark it as done 4. Keeping activity logs for the each compliance 5. Manage users and product subscription 6. Email notifications to the users about the updates Confirmed high fidelity mockup will be provided. A few screens have been attached to serve as a reference.
