Format PDF that arrives in email inbox from Contact Form 7 for Wordpress

Hi The website is built with recent WordPress running Ascension theme. Main plugins: WP Customer Area Contact Form 7 Contact Form 7 Signature Addon Contact Form 7 Mail PDF This website is for an established car logistics company, but the website is not being used yet. The drivers of the cars will log in and see their work displayed as jobs (using WP Customer Area). When they physically arrive at a job, they will fill out an appraisal/check of the car (using Contact Form 7), including taking pictures of any damage and uploading them to the form, then they get a signature and submit the form before driving away. The form data then arrives in a PDF in a specified email inbox. At the moment, the PDF that arrives in the inbox displays a link to the image of the signature, which is stored on the website, which is what I want it to do for the regular images too. But at the moment, it is just the title of the image that arrives in the PDF, and it is not a link (and I don't know if the image is even stored on the website). Please see this simplified example of how a PDF currently arrives in my inbox: [login to view URL] So to clarify, this job/task is to change the Title of the image, into a click-able link, leading to the image which is stored on the website... Like the signature image's click-able link. If possible, it would be good if you can display any links in the PDF as a button or simply the word "Link" instead of a long line of text. The stored images must be accessible somehow so that they can be downloaded/deleted from time to time. So a form submission management aspect is required, maybe similarly to the "Contact Form Submissions" plugin.
