1. Add back in the stripes behind the section under the sliders and make sure spacing matches live.
2. Homepage rotating tiles are not aligning with the top of the page. Adjust spacing for the elements in the new slider tiles to match designs/in your folder.
3. In Firefox, there's a white space above the global header that we need to address
4. On the live site and wip, at screen sizes just smaller than standard before the stacked menu icon appears, the global header presents improperly. Need to force the icon menu sooner.
