Fix a css and html problem in my header ( shopify premium template )

I want my header to look as how photos explain. Now the problem start when you start putting the window in the desktop smaller as there is where the header starts showing in the way i dont want to. I want in all times that the Logo stays the same and dosent cut, that the social icons and menu is always there and dont present problems as in the photos. When menu in the headers converts into a 3 lines i want this menu to be moved as i show in L7 photo with the menu always to the left and the social icons in the center but always centered so they look symetric and another thing i dont like about this menu is the order L8 photo and when you open it in desktop small window how it looks L9 photo. In L6 you can see how the menu background dissappear this happens in Marcas (the other label) too. You can see the other photos as all have a writing of what i want. This project is one task resolve the mistakes and make it look profesional. If you only finish one part of it dont expect a pay for that so be sure you have the skills for the job. Your problem is on: a.level_1__link { padding: 8px !important;} there is no enough place for SocNet icons. I take a look on other codes, and there is very no standard css class injections "!important". I think you need to consider clean retyped all classes for megamenu.
