hello this is due to incorrect permissions on your wordpress folders. i will fix it and tell you what was done. I have done this many times in the past and can do it again. please message me back right away to discuss the details and get started.. thank you..

Upload Media don't works s. Attachment Either folder permissions is not correct or some issues while you install it. so best thing is install everything from scratch. - PlugIn installation fails s. Attachment All plugins must be reinstalled and be checked and then will look into new plugin installation via wordpress as ftp is not correct it says in the image so ftp issue on the server - Cropping of Images fails s. Attachment Either the server dont provide cropping module in PHP for this so has to be checked too. Give me ftp and cpanel and wordpress admin login so i can have a look into it all and fix it accordingly one by one for you. Let me know
