I am finding php expert who can process video file

PHP Pages and job [login to view URL] - Collects the RAW mpeg video [login to view URL] - Uploads, stores and writes an entry to upload table. [login to view URL] -> Copies the video and creates an exact copy of the video segment. [login to view URL] -> Allows user to trim the clip and only use a portion of time from the segment. video-move.php-> Allows user to move the segment up or down in the final timeline. [login to view URL] -> Generates final video using ffmpeg with crossover transitions between segments, only processes the time codes provided from the TRIM and beginning and trailing leader clips added. Audio will pass through from the source clips. [login to view URL] -> Displays finals results of the generation. Video Upload Please select the video files.... ID:__________ ENTER ----- Upload videos and write an entry to database with date file name and a provided ID Create a low quality preview. Each clip gets an entry here. Move up and down changes order. Copy creates an exact copy of the selected button. Trim should allow user to select a specific time in the video. Could also be achieved with a straight time entry start: and Stop: Video 1 Move up or down PREVIEW Copy Trim ___ Slow Motion Video 2 Move up or down PREVIEW Copy Trim ___ Slow Motion Preview Video 3 Move up or down PREVIEW Copy Trim ___ Slow Motion and so on...... Total Time of Video: 3 min SUBMIT Processing...... Create a video using a stored leading video combined with the clips provided in the order provided. The clip written should be full quality. A second 720p version should be generated. Clips should be placed in timeline in order. A cross over transition should be between clips. The fade in of the next clip as the first clip fades out. A canned leader and trailing clip will be added to each output. Write an entry to table with video location, date, time, and ID provided on page 1. Should be tested with GOPRO mpeg and SONY provided video. Should be able to process and determine multiple versions of source files from different camera manufactures. If you have better option for process other than FFMPEG is ok.
