FFmpeg Video Encode

Ffmpeg will monitor a particular folder as soon as new video is added to it will start encoding in 3 resolutions and will rename itself. The video’s output will be in different folder (file along with folders renamed) Note: I will give you renaming code and monitoring code. You have to set the ffmpeg for encoding videos 480p will be x264 720p will be x264 1080p will be x265 CRF will be used 23 and preset will be slow All audio and subtitle will be encoded/copy = mkv video I want someone who is well known to ffmpeg and anime related stuffs.
