Enhancement in existing web & Android app (Need Team)

It is an existing Bio-medical web application project ([login to view URL]) we already have version 1 of this. Project basically includes with web application and Android app. Now, we need to enhance on existing things. We collect data through external devices via Bluetooth on Android App to web. Brief: From web we can control and set the activity of android app. We have main Super Admin whom can control each & everything, below this we Sub-Admin which has limited control. Android application is backbone of this projects. As it’s a Bio-medical project so, all the test screening and activity done by Android app namely LT app. whom use it, called as an operator.
