Enhance WP Plugin with design and coding issues.

Already developed WordPress Plugin that needs some enhancement and correction to function correctly. Also there is some design work that needs to be done. Hired Freelancer must be two things, 1) developer, to correct the functionality of the plugin AND 2) be a great designer. The UI must look professional and well designed. This is a very simple project that will take an experienced developer / designer under 4 hours in my estimation. I'm open to a little longer but not much. The plugin is extremely lightweight and has only two components. One is the "settings" page for the plugin and the other is the interaction with the post/page component. Very simple. Please let me know if you feel you can tackle this project. Please do not address me as a project manager or sir. My name is Ray and I prefer to be called by my name. I will pay 50% upon finishing the product at completion and the remaining 50% upon successful use of the plugin. To be considered, please submit design work specifically with WordPress Plugin development and design that you have completed. If you don't have design experience, please do not request consideration. All copyright will be retained by myself and the designer/developer will transfer rights to me upon completion of project.
