You mentioned that you want to import data from phpMyAdmin. From that I assume that you're interested in the data from MySQL database because phpMyAdmin displays and manipulates the data in MySQL DB. If that's the case then I suggest you two solutions for solving your problem. The first solution consists of a script in PHP which you can put on your web server which allows you to read the contents of the database filtered based on information from Excel Spreadsheet's cells A1 and B1 and insert the results back into the same spreadsheet which you can download manually. The second solution consists of two parts. The first part is a server side script also written in PHP which you put on your server which returns data from the MySQL DB based on filter criteria using an API which I'll create for you. The second part will be a command-line program which you can invoke to get results out of the database using the API in a nicely formatted spreadsheet using the filter criteria in cells A1 and B1. I'll charge you ₹5000 if you go with the first solution and for the second solution I'll charge ₹10000.
