Developer for Trade Strategy Builder and Crypto Currency Exchange Bot

The absolute MAX budget for this project is $300 USD, please read through all the information i have provided. I am looking for an experienced PHP and ANGULAR.JS developer who can help me in developing a trade bot for creating strategies based on my indicators, backtesting, paper trading and executing orders on various crypto exchanges. I need to have all the indicators that i normally use built into the bot(there’s a php library called TRADER they should mostly all be in there), those indicators will also have conditional rules that apply to them that i have written in a document that i’ve been working on for this project(there is a link to that document at the bottom), the indicators will also need to have adjustable parameters(example: with a moving average i would need to be able to adjust the time periods it’s based on), also i will need to be able to turn the indicators off and on as well as their conditions the bot will only work for one exchange right now the bittrex exchange(but i’d like to incorporate more exchanges in the future as possible other projects)and it needs to do 4 things…. scan all currency pairs on the exchange for ones that meet the selected indicator conditions, real time trades, paper trades (which is where its runs in real time but with simulated money not real money to see how a strategy would perform) and then backtesting(for back testing you could take a look on github there is a module call zipline backtesting that might help speed up the process) features when trading with the bot, i want to be able to set stop losses that have variables and conditions, it will need normal limit buy and sells, i also want trailing sells and buys that use conditions (for example if a currency is in a short term downtrend but a long term uptrend and meets all the conditions of the indicators it would be on a trailing conditional buy where a % of reversal triggers the buy so the currency falls from 2000 to 1200 but then starts turning around and hits 1320 and if it was on a 10% trailing buy it would trigger the sell, same thing for the trailing sell but in the opposite direction Here is the document ive been working on for the project it has a bit more information on it, but is not entirely finished [login to view URL]
