I need the development of a custom Plugin, that will be able to be installed on the current and previous release of OpenCart. The Plugin, needs to hook the events and post them to a URL that I have provided to the file. Do NOT bid, if you don't have experience on OpenCart Event Handling. Of course, I will also need Error Handling Capabilities and documented code.
