Develop Radio Station App for iOS and Android

Need iOS and Android Radio App similar to the one we already have at iTunes Store (Emisoras Unidas) and Google Play (Emisoras Unidas). Required: source code, back office to manage links and menu items (option to add/delete more menu items from back office) , push notifications to iOS and Android Phones, Messages from App to back office or email, pull data from WP in order to display news within app with click to complete news (web link within app), all links from menu items must be web based links so we can modify content as wished, waking alarm (radio stream played at desired hour), menu item to play stream within App (also web link). Please note that this project is small since it's a web based content App, no hard coding of content within app, first screen where news are displayed could be website content in order to avoid WP data pull, just need back office to change menu items and links from this items. Publishing of App at iTunes and Google Play is a must, thank you.
