K-TIME Project Production Tracking System Objective - to build a real time tracking system to display projects in process , stage of production , employee working on project, parts ordered with reporting of key information to all participants of the project. Create Production Process ( Check Box ) Assign Techs or Teams to Process ( Body, Frame Mech, Refinish ) Check Box Make Key- Tag with QR or Barcode - ( employee scans key tag each process ) ( Example if key in the detail department - Info shows in detail department ) 5) Process Info Card - Card moves as the repair moves in real time,with the scan process 6 ) Time in each process is measure ( by days ) 7) Scan process should be able to perform on mobile app ( techs can us their phone) 8) Each , Advisor, Tech , Painter Detail person will have their own dashboard Can Displays in Ganntt Chart or Kanban Board 9) Note section , on info card, email to coworkers, by techs, or advisors etc 10 ) Email or text notification as vehicle moves with process , Reports Cycle Time Number of Jobs in process Key Production Reports Print Employee's Job in Process Misc Search Function & Auto Archive Search by , Name , Vin, Phone Number , Dates , Model Use APi to decode vin if needed or add info by form .
