i need a dating site script ot be made: from admin panel we can set list of localities. user selects the location from the main page, and he sees users who are currenly at that locality. he sends chat request. the other person sees the request as a popup. then the other person clicks the 'profile' button in the popup, and sees details on the first person, and then either accepts or rejects or blocks the request. full details when we talk. max budget 250. Not for beginners or dabblers. Code must be fast and efficient. NOT FOR BEGINNERS PLEASE. PREFER PROGRAMMERS TRAINED IN EUROPE OR UNITED STATES.
