Custom Wordpress Tweaks and Fixes

Hi! I have a wordpress directory theme (Vantage theme from APPthemes) that has been extensively modified along with a custom child theme created by a freelance developer. The project is near-end but still requires numerous tweaks and changes. Therefore, I need someone to pick up where my previous developer left off. I will share the URL once I feel you are a good candidate. You: - Are well-versed and comfortable working with Wordpress themes and child themes. - Able to create, customize and modify functional php code. - Have a good sense of design (although this is not primarily a design project). - Must be absolutely reliable, and able to price work reasonably and deliver on schedule as promised. - Understand that, although I like to give instructions, I am always open to your ideas and suggestions -- and I am looking toward a longterm working relationship. I have divided the work into numerous small pieces, Here is the first: LISTINGS and IMAGES - This directory has been modified to offer THREE different listing sizes, depending upon selected plan (also selectable by Admin). When creating or editing a listing, users can upload an image (logo, etc) of their choice of almost any size, and it will then display alongside its description. Note that the image displays in 4 or 5 different places: “Create Listing,” “Edit Listing,” actual directory listings and example listings. Work Required: 1. The largest listing (ENTERPRISE Plan) is too large, and must be reduced by roughly one-third. 2. Unfortunately, most images are not displaying well (are stretched, cropped, etc.). This process needs to be refined and corrected, and one standard size determined for user upload. Or, a simple mechanism implemented for adjusting/modifying client images as necessary. A “sizer” exists within the theme, but does not really solve the problem; I believe one standard size image upload would be a better solution.
