Create a widget - based on existing form an a website

On the website [url removed, login to view] you find a form to search for a travel.
You have to create a widget that people can use to put that same form on their website. The widget should be composed of a very small code snippet. The widget should not be influenced by the styling and javascript of the client website.
That widget should only use the javascript and css required for the form. The target of the form should be the same as the current website only also including a client id.
In a clear separate file the client should be able to set the following:
- It should be possible to set different colors or leave the default colors as on the current website.
- It should be possible to set the origin (which will show up on the form) or leave as it is now
- It should be possible to set the destination (which will show up on the form) or leave as it is now
- It should be possible to set the dates (which will show up on the form) or leave as it is now
- Set the client ID
- It should be possible to set the text in the form (it is few words only) in this file, depending on the language. A javascript will use the browser language to get the right texts.
It should also be possible to set width and height of the form. Responsiveness as it has now should be maintained. The search button should be below the form in full width (as it is now when the browser width is small).
