Renter Experience: -Need to be able to search on multiple-criteria. -When ask for ex: Miami- show only Miami listings- ask if wish to see more local areas. -Need a report scam button on each listing. -Reviews need to be restricted to only the actual guest registered in the reservations file for the property. -View Rental agreements for listings. -Search by moving the map. Show results only in map window when map searching. Pop-Up window to see photos and price by just touching the google map. -Share functions with email and social integration. -Show # of results on a renter search. Owner Experience: -Need to be able to post properties for rental including a description of the property, select the property category, amenities, google map, edit the availability calendar, upload pictures for viewing. -Create/add Manager/Owner Profile, Logo and facial pics. -Administrator dashboard for owners who have multiple properties with all properties in one dashboard. Capable to show booking calendar with multiple units in same complex or building. As many as ten calendar lines or overlays. -Exact pricing details for renting seasonal rates (low season/high season, etc...) + additional persons, other fees, etc. -Owner needs to be able to reply and keep track of reservation requests, and confirm bookings with integration between pricing calculator and calendar. Manage inquiries and keep owner response ratings. -Small Question mark image with popups at each data entry area for pic sizes and other types of explanations directions when entering data. Portal admin needs to be able to adjust these popup messages over time. -Ability for owner to edit map and select more exact location when necessary. -Preloaded/customizable/New email templates for available, unavailable, request review, etc -Ability to rotate photos to correct positions -Owners will receive a detailed breakdown of the quote the traveler saw when making an inquiry.
