Create a custom design studio for a print/graphics website

I have 2 other bids posted but have decided that I would like to go this route and have a custom design studio built in to my existing website. My existing website is www.quotemeprinting.com. This design studio needs to be integrated inot this website which is a bigcommerce product. I am looking for a custom design software that will do the following: Wall decal designer similar to [login to view URL] I like the fact that the text size is scaleable and the price adjusts accordingly with set pricing parameters. I would like an option for the customer to upload a picture of their wall/room to see the graphic overlaying it as a proof. Not sure how sizing parameters would work in relation to the uploaded image. Business cards, signs and flyers similar to vista print: [login to view URL] Needs to also have the ability for the customer to upload a predesigned product in high res jpeg or pdf format. Skin design studio like: [login to view URL] I would also like to know if it is possible to create wall graphics similar to fathead.com. I would like a customer to be able to upload their own photo of a child playing a sport and have the system be able to crop out just the child similar to this example: [login to view URL] If not, I’d like to have a sample like this and have us send them back a proof once they select how they want it cut out. I know these all may be separate systems and unique to themselves causing it to be more difficult but I would love someone with some skills to be able to look into these different design tools and find a way to make the processes all fit to one design studio that varies depending on which products we are working on. I need to be able to activate and deactivate options on each type of product. For example, I need to be able to have a blank wall or the customer’s room image in the background with a ruler for sizing for the wall decor stickers. I would need that specific file to come in on my end as an eps or pdf format with either the sizing details or already sized (preferable). For the business cards, flyers, etc. I need the full graphic of the entire design to be in high res jpeg or pdf format on the back end so it is ready to print and I need to have bleed lines. The wall decor stickers would charge extra for additional colors and have each color come through as an individual eps file with a proof of the customer’s original design, while most everything else will be one flat price for the full graphic print. All of these items need to be able to be purchasable products with a way of getting the print/production-ready file associated with the order and connected to my bigcommerce shopping cart.
