Hi. I can write a simple php script which will use guzzle or curl to make the request to blog 1 and post it to blog 2. I can see that google has provided documentation on how this can be achieved. the scripts can be implemented to read from a config file so that you can specify which blog will be the producer and which will be the consumer.
