Create An Affiliate Order System For My Wordpress Website

I need someone to create an affiliate order system for my wordpress website. You are free to use an existing wordpress plugin to accomplish this. The system must allow affiliates to create an account, and provide them with a referral url that they are able to provide to others. When the affiliate url is used, buyers will receive a 50% discount on their order. The order system will only track information, so all orders will then be filled manually by myself.
Affiliates will receive 10% of the order price and also 1,000 points per order with a hard cap of 50,000 points that any single referrer can earn. The order system, must of-course be able to calculate the order totals based on the price that I specify, which will need to be listed in crypto currency, and not dollars. I need this project finished asap, which means roughly within 2 - 3 days max.
