I have copied:
/wp-content/themes/twentythirteen/inc/[login to view URL]
/wp-content/plugins/product-import
and added into: /wp-content/themes/twentythirteen/[login to view URL]
include_once('inc/[login to view URL]');
Not all works correct. The result you see in the attachment.
Your task is: Make the plugin installable.
