COMPLETE ZOHO CRM SOLUTION WITH INTEGRATION FOR SALES AND CLIENT SERVICE OPERATION

We are a growing company and have total of 7 users that requires a robust CRM solution for our day to day operation. We are not limited to using only Zoho family of apps, we are open to third party integration as long as it works seamlessly with the CRM. Integration between following application: 1. Platform /CRM 2. Email Client / EMAIL LOG 3. SMS / Phone /WhatsApp LOG 4. E-FAX - FAX LOG 5. DASHBOARD Management / TASK PIPELINE/ LEAD PIPELINE / TEAM COLLABORATION 6. Document management /CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER DOCUMENT HISTORY 7. Calendar/ Reminder 9. ACCOUNTING /BILLING - QUICK BOOKS 10. Cloud Storage 11. Client Portal. The idea is to have access to all the information logged into Customer's page regarding all the communication with the client, communication with third party regarding client and communication takes place between the office users regarding the client in one place done seamlessly. We need a system which logs every thing in chronological order with any sort of communication and documentation thats generated and received on a client in one place. Project can be executed in different phases. I am still working on phase 2 and 3 for requirements. I have attached requirements of the phase 1 and some on phase 2. This will be on going project and looking for a developer that can help us achieve all the requirements as needed over the period of time.
