chat app using laravel, pusher and angular

Hi I am looking for a chat IM application which will use Laravel framework. The front end (design is not too important) must be built using Angular so that we can adopt it into our current angular project. For the chat app, using Pusher is fine as Laravel has ready made integrations for this. Laravel is 5.5 latest. The chat app ideally would use web sockets for communication. Users will be assigned channels that they are subscribed to. This must be stored in the Laravel database associated to this app. User can IM to other users, send files, share links. Users can broadcast to their own groups only. Users can invite external users to join privately and to groups. Each group of users will be assigned an admin who can manage the users in that group. The groups are a way of multi-tenancy feature enabling. Admin can view all chat converstations which must be stored in database. User list must have presence enabled online/offline, device in use, and be able to set status. The status of each user can also be controlled by the admin or using webhooks within the laravel framework so that we can update the status using different methods. Must work with SSL. Would like to have webrtc enabled services but not 100% needed now - screen share, voice, video, group voice/video. please read the requirements before sending proposals. thank you
