Change multilanguage URL format on cakephp 1.2

I need change the multilanguage format of the site, actually when i change to other language it looks like [login to view URL] . I need that the multilanguage be in a fixed URL like [login to view URL] or with subdomains like eng.xxx.com. I dont care how will be done, i only want that it works how i need to google can index each language.
