This is a Project that I have given initially to someone in this forum, however deadlines not met and work done in a pathetic way. Hence I would like to reassign and rework on the Project. This is an IT services and Consultancy site. I would be needing updates and progress on a daily basis in the timezone mentioned below. All communication needs to done via e-mails and/or messages via freelancer. Working Time Zone : GMT+8(China,Singapore,Hongkong) After lesson learned, I would like to divide the project into two milestones of which 30% payment would be made after successful completion of 1st Milestone and remaining 70% after 2nd Milestone Completion. Due to copy right issues, No content can be completely copied as it is from any of the sites. All communication has to be done via E-Mail and or mail via freelancer.com. 1st Milestone: Time(3 days from the Date of Acceptance of the Project) 1st Milestone Tasks:: 3D Logo Design Primary Theme Design and content Writing @ All Pages and sub-pages @ Home, Services & Solutions, Technology Update. Home page should have 5 slides should look like in apple.com. Graphics, relavent pictures in each of the pages @ 1B. Animation/Flash in at least 5 pages Left and Main menu tweak up Fine tuning where missing until final acceptance. Final Acceptance Call (Phone/Skype) & 1st Milestone completed & Accepted. 1st Milestone Funds released. 2nd Milestone: Time(3 days from the completion of 1st Milestone) 2nd Milestone Tasks: Content Writing for the Pages and sub Pages @ Knowledge Bank and Contact us, Our Company. For Our Company, I will provide the write up. Left and Main menu tweak up. Animation/Flash in at least 5 additional pages different from 1st Milestone. Website to be searchable in most of the search-engines around the globe Eg: google,yahoo,msn,baidu etc.. Fine tuning where missing until final acceptance on Mobile browsers(android,iOS) and all web browsers viz., explorer, safari, firefox, etc.. Website goes live and UAT done(UAT Criteria need to be defined and agreed). UAT Acceptance. Final Acceptance Call (Phone/Skype) & 2nd Milestone completed & Accepted. 2nd Milestone Funds released. Please Note:: Note 1: Submit a word document with the information you would require from me. Selection and project awarding will be done after reviewing the submission and then via an Interview call either through a Phone call or Skype whichever possible. Note 2: Any theme applied should need to be authenticated. Note 3 :Timelines not being met will result in a dispute where a partial amount will be paid or none at all. Note 4: I would give User access with Admin privileges, which would be revoked at the end of 1st Milestone for review and granted again to start the 2nd Milestone and revoked at the end. Note 5: At any point of time, if there is no proper update on a daily basis, I will terminate the contract
