Build Simple Websites - Must Follow Instructions!

Hi,
I own a small company and I am looking for a very reliable person to help me build some very simple websites using HTTrack Website Copier. You will download this program and copy basic sites and start modifying them. Shouldn't take more than 1 hour per site. All content will be provided along with plenty of examples to show you.
I am willing to pay $30 per completed design. You must be readily available to chat on Skype and must handle MULTIPLE projects at once.
Looking for a hard worker that can meet deadlines.
