Build me a simple website that connects social media marketers to companies

I'm looking for someone to create a simple site that connects social media marketers with companies. The marketers earn a commission each time someone shares their post on facebook The features Social media marketers signup with Facebook edit and share ads content produced on the site on their Facebook wall the site counts how many shares have been made on the marketer's Facebook post (that is, how many friends have shared the post) it calculates how much the marketer has earned so far using some simple arithmetic the marketer can view how much they have earned the marketer can request a withdrawal of funds by imputing his bank details and how much he wishes to withdraw, the request will be sent to the admin Companies There has to be a way for the companies to send quotes The company also chooses a payment plan Companies can view how their ads are running..that is, how many people have shared their ads. The site admin The admin of the site gets the quote/detail of what the company wishes to advertise (please start your reply with "go go" to ensure you read this post..thank you) An admin can create an ad request, which marketers can see and edit>share The site has to be clean and simple I have mock-ups Thank you for your time
