Build a shopify website

Looking to build a new shopify site with added features. The following is summary of work needed: - Our Concept: Online Store Offering Products Imported From Ali Express and other sites. Our Site Would Give The Shopper A Discount To Be Used To Buy A Second Trend Of Equal Or Lesser Value Which Could Be Shipped To Friends & Family Or The Have Items In Cart Shipped All Together As One. Would need an attached app to website that enables shoppers to interact with each other and send gifts to each other as part of our shopping experience. We are open to ideas that may simplify our request and achieve requested goals. - Our Offer To Shopper: Buy The Trends You Like, Receive Discount Off A Second Trend To Give As A Gift (Or Keep For Yourself) The assigned discount for each item in store can be different. - Store Design: Bright Blue (R 0, G 0, B 255) theme with white font lettering. Would like to use 3D person images and have them inserted to various pages in site. - We would like to accomplish the following: o Ability to collect shipping and email information for more than one shipping address in a single order. Be able to ship each product to a separate address or enable a Shopper to choose from a group of connected gifter’s accounts to send product to. o We plan to use Smart 7 apps from Shopify for auto fulfillment from Ali Express and Etsy o Our goal is to encourage email registration for our shoppers. We will be emailing our registered shoppers on a weekly basis. o We would like the ability for our shoppers to be able to create a gifter group or registry within our store where other “gifters” that have registered can send each other trends. (If Mom and Daughter are both registered gifters, Mom could buy an item and click on Daughter’s gifter icon and gift her one as well). By clicking the other gifter’s link, a shipping address from that account is entered into the shipping order for that second item ordered. o Would like for the Product pages to have Blue-colored buttons next to product item with text reading "Add To Cart" with a white shopping cart symbol next to the text. When Add to Cart button is pressed, it would prompt an option to purchase a second trend using the assigned discount of the lesser costing item. The prompt would might read “TrendGift A Friend?” If chosen, shopper can choose to pick from a gifter’s icon or manually enter shipping info at checkout to send the second trend. o Will need a way or attached app to allow shoppers to invite friends and family to be added to the website registry and then they would need ability to join a gifter group or circle of friends within the site. If this can be done through a facebook or instagram connection, that would work as well. o Also next to product item, a Blue-colored "Buy Now" button which would add product item to cart and take shopper directly to checkout. o The additional pictures of product would be thumbnailed and set to the left of the primary image. Instead of "frequently bought together" we would have a section below that is "Last Week's Trends" with a row for each collection with picture of item that we can load manually each week. Then have a blue button next to it with "view past trends" o 3D Person Images that can be altered and expanded upon for future use. o We would also like to have a 3D person image added to our logo. We have a specific idea in mind. Additional Information (UPDATE)- We are looking to add GiftShip app to our new store so that customers can place one order with multiple items that can be sent to multiple addresses. We would also like ability for our shoppers to create shopper groups or anything that would allow them to purchase and send each other gifts. (Ex: I am purchasing an item in the store and after clicking add to cart, I am then prompted to purchase a second item (with discount) and send one to someone in their "group", mail it to an address manually, or ship it all to one address. Also would like ability for shoppers to invite friends/family to join via facebook, instagram, etc.
