Build an online booking system -- 3

We are an online estate agency looking to automate the booking experience for viewings. The system needs to be in place to link with our properties and allow us in office to maintain (e.g. add or remove properties). Below is the basic system specification required for the creation of the online booking system: ➢ HTML code – the calendar needs to be web based and linked to our website ➢ The calendar needs to show a whole month at a time – rolling through from January to December ➢ The user can add their times available per day or select days they are not available for viewings ➢ When adding a property – Form: 1) Name of vendor 2) Property full address 3) Email + Phone number of vendor 4) How long each viewing should last 5) How much notice to give the vendor for a viewing ➢ When adding/cancelling/amending viewing – 1) Need a button to cancel which sends an email to the vendor, us and the person 2) User can add the booking by selecting day and then time; then add their full name, address, number & email – this will then send an email to us, vendor and them once they enter these details 3) Amend button will let the person change the viewing to another day or time and then overwrite the booking they previously made; this will then send an email to vendor, us and them
