To implement a system that provides the ability for clients seeking housing support to apply for support online via the company website under the "Housing Help" section. This system will also allow Housing Associates and Housing Specialists to manage the pre-screening, intake and approval processes electronically and provide necessary reports for supervisors and directors.

Roles you'll play:

- Project Manager

- Business Analyst

- Solutions Architect

Phase 1 - Online Housing Assistance

- Elicit requirements and document user stories

- Conduct workshops with users

- Develop Process maps

- Develop data model

- Perform product analysis and assist with product selection for form generation tool and database

- Generate cost estimates

- Acquire licenses

- Document system roles and privileges

- Configure the product to reflect the user stories, process maps, data model and roles and privileges

- Develop project plan

- Manage project (and vendor when applicable)

- Conduct system demonstrations

- Document high level user acceptance test scripts

- Conduct pre-user acceptance test training for testers

- Manage user acceptance testing

- Develop training materials

- Train Users

- Conduct go-live

- Provide on-site support after go-live
