Build a custom google maps website

We want to create a google maps based website where a user has to be able to create custom markers. There is going to be a login button on the main page where the user will be able to log in. Once logged, a google map will appear with the detected place where he or she right now (detect the ip of the internet connection and place the user in the closest user location). In this main view, there will be 3 aspects that will appear all along the logged in area : 1) Superior bar where the name of the user logged in will appear, the log out button and 3 options. 2) A small filter bar which will be used to filter the different markers set by the user and a search box to input search terms contained in the markers 3) The map itself, showing all the markers in it's position and a small legend displaying the different types of markers In the superior bar there will be 3 buttons which will be "Markers", "Categories" and "Configuration", using icons from FontAwesome which will be provided. The markers page will display all the inserted markers, containing several fields that will be stored in a database (MySQL is preferred) and will contain the same 3 sections as the main page, with the diference that in the small filter bar there will be an "add new marker" button and the filter to display diferent category markers. In this markers page all the different fields of each entry will be displayed and there will be two buttons in the end of each row to allow editing or deleting that entry. In the category button will be similar to the markers sections but it will only display the different categories , as each marker will be assigned to a category. In the sub bar there will be a new category button and that page will display all the different categories that have been inserted by a user. When a new user registers for the first time, there will be one category created (general). A user will be able to edit or delete the categories. The categories will have a name and a color. This color will be the one used to display the several markers, as each marker will have a category. The last section will be the settings one and will allow the user to change aspects of his or her account as the e-mail or the password among other things. We want to use bootstrap to make the website responsive, and be easily accessed through a cellphone. We will provide sketched up wireframes, and the definition of the database, as the fields to be filled in each category. Thanks!
