Build Category Structure from MySQL DB Dump

We need to build up our Car Parts website category structure.
We have a TecDoc database example from which the extract needs to be done.
For this Goal it is required:
1. SQL that returns all MANUFACTURERS
2. SQL that returns all MODELS based on selection from the SQL 1
3. SQL that returns all ENGINE TYPES based on selection from SQL 2
4. SQL that returns all available CATEGORIES and SUB CATEGORIES for the selection from SQL 3
The Database contains about 60 tables.
Unfortunately, we do not know how the information is stored in this relation database.
Our goal is to extract the information from it so that we can build the following Structure:
1. Car Manufacturers ( ex. BMW)
1.1 Models
1.1.1 1st Series
1.1.1.1 E87 (02.2003 - 01.2013)
1.1.1.2 E81 (09.2006 - 12.2011)
1.1.1.2.1 List of Diesel Engines
1.1.1.2.2 List of Gasoline Engines
An example on what is expected can be found in the section "SPECIFY YOUR VEHICLE" of the following site:

Once the above has been extracted, we should extract All the Categories and Sub-Categories (probable subcategories as well) of Car Parts.
