Hi there, The project can be completed in three weeks. However it takes up to one week for apps to be approved on Apps Store. Below are some detail of my plan about the project. Will discuss further. 1) Calculator function and general look and feel of the apps: a) Assumption is the apps and website will follow the theme used on the existing excel b) The formula from excel will be converted into javascript which then can be used in both apps and website. 2) Apps development: a) Development will be on React Native Expo. For fast apps development for both Android and iOS platform b) Database and authentication (login) will be using Google Firebase. 3) Website development: a) WIll be on WordPress. Firstly I would suggest that with the expansion of Progressive Web Apps (See google for an overview of PWA's) and the release of the Bootstrap 4 front end then the project would be build using this technologies which means a significant saving in initial costs as only one code platform is required (web/javascript and backend PHP or VB.net for login/user management) to be designed and built/maintained on a mobile first basis as with this methodology updates of formulas etc are automatically replicated across the platforms without recourse to managing native play or Ios store Apps in addition to a web based platform. Secondly the application seems like a classic Dashboard type front end and there are a number of templates which we can use as a starting point again reducing initial setup costs. Finally the amount of interaction time will depend on the exact nature of the existing excel application and for projects/development of this type will involve a period of low contact whilst we set up the basic shell, development environment etc followed a a few days on high contact when we get to the finer points of layout, calculation coding etc. then a lower period whilst we finalise the project for roll out to the relevant platform.
