Boot camp Locator Google API Wordpress Form Plugin or Mod

My website is powered by Wordpress I need to add a function to it to do the following Bootcamp Locator (Will find Fitness Boot Camp in your area) Users: Can put postcode or town in a search box, and will display name , location, URL, etc, of the Boot Camp Trainer , Plus will display all the bootcamps on a Google map as pin drops, and when you click on, will show detail on map in a bubble (Standard Google Map API interface) So it's like Google places, when you type restaurant, has a list and a map on the right Trainers: Trainers can signup via my Wordpress site and can add their bootcamp to my site along with a profile page for their bootcamp and timetable etc. Admin: Admin can block, delete, add, manage all the Trainers Admin can also add an " AbsOnFire Approved bade" to the trainers Bootcamp information The login information for the trainer, should be integrated with Wordpress, so if Admin decides to add trainer role to Author (so trainer can publish articles) would be possible too So basically two new roles, trainer, and trainer author Would appreciate a price and time frame and how you intend to deliver the code. Plugin perhaps?
