I would like you to build a android app. Person A: has downloaded ALERTAPP and saved few documents serial number such as DL, Voter Id and etc and some day he will lose it. Person B: has also downloaded ALERTAPP and has found person A doc and now he will enter same doc serial number in the app, now Person A should get Alert with location and details of person B This is just top layer of the app

Hi, I have read your task and it looks like you will be required with some service which will get the details of voter id on the input of voter id OR details of DL on the input of DL no. so I can also make those services for you. Because if you can't get the details then nobody will use your app. Also, your app should be like which provide validation services for these document. eg. given pan/tan no. get the name if its holder, given dl no. get the details of dl holder, etc. I know how to create these kinds of services. I also have good experience in Android app development. Can you please share more details?
