Add various functionality to Laravel 5 project

I have a basic Laravel 5 project built with auth, profiles and basic forum system. I need the following functionality added to it. The ability to 'check-in' daily with numerical, boolean and text-data (fields already decided). There are approximately 10 fields. A page where 2 parameters can be passed through eg. /insights?field1=calories&field2=sleep and a list of each of the stats will be returned with the item data and date from the check-in (I will later load this in to a graphing API myself to plot them both on a graph). I would expect check-ins to be in their own table with each item as a column. It must be simple to extend the check-in fields in the future. It must be possible to use a date picker to select any date for the check-in. There needs to be an easy way to send people to todays/yesterdays check-in. It must be possible to select a date that is already completed to edit the check-in with the existing data pre-populated. I need a notifications system built (UI already there) for forum thread subscriptions (on page and email alerts). A basic user settings page with a checkbox to enable email alerts, a few profile fields and an avatar upload (UI already built). A couple of minor bugs relating to activity feed on profiles when forum replies are deleted. The project is managed on GitHub with all issues tracked. Dev environment is available and already set-up on a server accessible via FTP/SSH. I am a beginner at PHP but hope to extend on this code. Good english and well documented code is a must. A excellent and strict approach to security is also very important and will be audited by another developer before payment released. IMPORTANT: Budget for this project is low, it is a free application I am building to help people with mental health problems so lower bids are appreciated. I will not accept any applications without 'I have read the project brief' on the first line.
