Website Customization

I want to build a business directory something between Directory Engine (DE) theme and Glocal [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 1. I want to be able to add an event without being required to attached it to a business profile (not sure if it is possible on both theme, i think only glocal does it). 2. I want to be able to search for a place by selecting locations (both themes). 3. I want to be able to search for an event by selecting locations (like Glocal). 4. I want to be able to add a calendar or diary style page in the events page (i think glocal can, not sure for DE). 5. I like the company page to have tabs , i mean to be navigated with tabs. (like glocal) 6. Generally i want the features that are offered by events manager plugin. 7. I like DE theme mobile view. I like DE company's page on mobile view.. 8. Generally i like the DE homepage with a few additions. I want hide/open map (like glocal). Or to compine a slider + map using 50-50 of page width. 9. I would like to add a map on the mobile view of DE. 10. I would like to add a button and a field for searching the directory in DE desktop and mobile view. 11. I would like a map in the top of the company's page like glocal with hide/open button. As you can see i like some featured on both themes. In whatever theme we select we will make some customization according to the above.. requirements. Pls suggest me which of these themes i should go with and bid the price you want for customizing the theme according to my requirements that are described above.
