Scope: C# console app that will hook into existing browser session for Chrome and IE, taking control of the first tab and displaying a given URL. The URL can then be changed multiple times from the application, which should update the same browser and first tab to the subsequent URLs. Each URL call should not open a new tab or browser session but use the existing tab and session. If no browsers are open, then one would be opened and apply the logic above. If multiple browser windows and tabs are open, the app would inspect URLs in Chrome tabs first, then IE tabs searching for a given URL to determine which browser session to hook into. Then apply logic from above. If no Chrome or IE browser is open, then one would be opened with the given URL.
