Minor modifications to a Wordpress website that uses the Visual Composer plugin

I need a very minor modification to a wordpress site ([login to view URL]). I need the 'Enquire now' button on the front page under the pricing section (see screenshot) to be centred and responsive. The button is a visual composer element. I only want to pay $5-$10 for this, it shouldn't be difficult. There is a second part of this job - the different sections on this template seem to not be able have anchor links defined for them (i.e. [login to view URL]), so I can't link to them from my menu. If you can work out a way to fix this, let me know. The template author says it can't be done and another freelancer couldn't do it, but if you are handy with javascript and know Visual Composer you should be able to do it. If you can do this one let me know that it is reflected in your quote - I won't pay if you say you can, but can't. I know this is a small job but if you're good I have lots of small jobs like this so can give you more work. Any questions let me know!

HI ! im quoting you just for the section you need under the pricing section, i could do it for 15$ but the system wont allow to go under 30$ , regarding the issue with the link, i could take a look but if the developer already said cant be done, although an alternative is to try another theme with the function but it requires time.
