Html 5 - Javascript - Css / Drawing on uploaded image

I need a design and a working page. The aim of the page is to make various simple markings on the photo that the customer uploads. And then this photo can be saved on the computer. The pen size and color should be selectable when these markings are made on the photo. You do not need to write code about uploading photos. The page should work with html 5 and javascript. Page and design should also work in mobile browsers. In summary; The customer will upload the photo or choose one from the available templates. In the following area this photo will be shown and can be drawn. Various point drawings will be made with the mouse by selecting the color and thickness. This drawn photo will be saved as a file.
