Fix errors on 2 WP websites

I have two websites with same theme and get errors while updating or installing plugins. Can you help fix this?

After attempt updating the Wordpress version I get this message:
Could not create directory.: wordpress/wp-includes/js/plupload
Installation Failed
After attempt installing a plugin:
Could not copy file. stream/connectors/[login to view URL]
Website 2: [login to view URL]
After updating the Wordpress version I get this message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 261904 bytes) in E:\web\udccw000000\htdocs\wp-admin\includes\[login to view URL] on line 159
