Hi, my name is Matt and I'd like to help you (22 years an IT developer, webmaster and Internet marketer). Please provide more details about your intended multimedia web platform: 1. Will there be public and/or private groups of people that can register on site and have their own public or private communication? In this case Drupal CMS (Content Management System) is the right choice. 2. If there is no requirement for groups (see previous paragraph) what kind of multimedia management is planned on the website: - just administrator/editor role that can upload multimedia content; - registered users can upload multimedia content; or - any user even without registration can upload multimedia content (publishing approval is in the hands of administrator/editor). 3. A database is recommended either way and I propose Wordpress (or Drupal if paragraph 1 is crucial) with MySQL that would be good enough. Unless some heavy traffic is planned e.g. several hundreds of users accessing the website at the same time - in this case either multimedia files must be hosted on the cloud or database and multimedia. Milestones are set for the work and good month of work, including web designer (I have contracted one) and my technical tasks, including SEO and Internet marketing methods.
