Database & php work. Includes altering existing php.

I have an existing database which requires populating the database with past lottery results (provided in csv format), I also need the cron setting up so it automatically fills the database from here on and set up a small php page to fetch the results from the database to the page. The populating: I can provide a CSV file and require it's data input into the database, creating first ball colour and bonus ball colour as it goes. Including hot picks and matches. 2012 to 2016 data availability. Also cron job setup The last part of this phase is to get the results from the database on the page. This needs to show only the latest results and date. So if it is before the draw 1 it will still show the previous date and draws, once draw one is updated it will show the new date and draw 1 results, and once draw 2 has taken place it will show draw 1 & draw 2 results.
