Customise header for Wordpress theme

We have a Wordpress site set up here: [login to view URL] This is using the following theme: [login to view URL] We want to customise the header, I have tried dealing with the theme writer but they are very unresponsive, we want this sorted out ASAP. There is a strap line that can be hard coded into the header functions. In the top right where there is a link to Staff/Parents, we want this to link to a secondary navigation we have set up The last menu item on the main menu needs to look different to the others & the search function needs to be set up, it is in the theme options but this is not working. There are a few other small issues I would get you to sort out after the header if all goes well.
